Bellermann champagne

Bellermann Brut – Prestige

Vinification:

To create this emblematic cuvée, we’ve blended over 20 crus and found a perfect balance in which the three Champagne grape varieties harmoniously complement each other. The 35% reserve wines, specially selected, reinforce the maturity, complexity and consistency of this blend.

Bellermann has obtained HEV (Hight Environnementale value) certification

Blend:

55% Pinot noirs, 40% Pinot Meunier and 5% Chardonnay,

Reserve wines: 35%

Pairing Ideas:

Bellermann Brut – Prestige, with its signature Pinot Noir grape variety, goes very well with poultry or white meat. But also with cheese or dessert. It makes an excellent preamble to get-togethers with family or friends as an aperitif or in cocktails: Mimosa, Calypso, French 75, Champagne soup, etc. (Don’t hesitate to ask for our ‘champagne cocktails book’).

Bellermann Rosé – Suprême

Vinification:

Bellermann rosé champagne is produced using the classic champagne method, with one decisive difference: the Pinot Noir is vinified by traditional maceration to provide colour and structure, before being blended with the Chardonnay.

Bellermann has obtained HEV (Hight Environnementale value) certification

The assemblage reflects the diversity and complementarity of the two grapes varietals:

90% Pinots noirs, 10% Chardonnay of which 20 to 30% from specially selected reserve wines to enhance its intensity, subtlety and constancy.

Pairing Ideas:

Bellermann rosé champagne – Suprême, with its fruity, crisp notes of red fruit, can easily be enjoyed with a dish or dessert, depending on your preferences. It goes well with red meat dishes, seafood, or desserts made with red fruit. It can also be enjoyed as an aperitif with family or friends.

Bellermann champagne is to wine what haute couture is fashionable!
